How to read a compass, let’s distinguish north, south, east and west.
Today, we will learn how to read a compass and distinguish between north, south, east and west. When I don’t know which direction or where to go, I use a compass. When I go hiking and get lost and wander in the woods, or when I lose my direction and don’t know how to get there, I feel desperate for a compass. Of course, you can tell the direction in other ways, but I think you’ll find a compass most of the time. 나침반 보는법
I think the compass we find when we want to know the direction is also found in our lives. It’s a life that I’ve been running hard, but one day, when I suddenly get lost in a wall, a compass that helps me to know where to go is used as a symbolic meaning to indicate the direction in our lives. 좋은뉴스
It was invented in China about 4,500 years ago, and since then it has helped many navigators navigate. Even in recent years, compasses are used on ships to set the direction for navigation, and help climbers to set the direction when going up the mountain.
Compass reading is usually marked with N, S, W, and E on the compass we come across. N stands for north and S stands for south and south. And W stands for West, and E stands for East.
When using a compass, place it on a flat surface or level it. The horizontal compass will spin round and round and then stop, and the direction indicated by the N mark will be north. As a standard, the place where S points is south, but in the way of distinguishing north, south, east and west, the north faces one’s front and the south faces one’s back. Then, the place where one’s right arm is placed becomes the east side, and the place where one’s left arm is placed is the west side. If you look at the compass, the right side is marked E, and the left side is marked W.
These days, there are various devices that find directions or find the way, so the usefulness of the compass is declining, but I think it will shine when it is really important. It is said that the principle of the compass is still used in large ships and airplanes.
In the past, I fell in love with the charm of compasses for a while and bought one, but there were also expensive compasses. It doesn’t just tell you the direction, it even measures the distance, and there were so many different functions. It was expensive, so I only watched it.

I just learned how to read a compass. I usually learn it when I’m a student, but since it’s almost never used in our real life, I think the compass is almost forgotten. There are ways to distinguish north, south, east, west, and west without using a compass, but today we only talked about compasses. It was a really simple and easy way. Have a nice day then.
