After accessing the ‘Safe Driving Complaints’ page, you must complete traffic safety education to take the driver’s license written test. If you are using the first page, click ‘Traffic Safety Education’ under the ‘Traffic Safety Education’ box. Please complete the required training first.
If you have completed the ‘Traffic Safety Education’, click ‘Reservation of department test visit time’ under the driver’s license test box in the central menu of the ‘Safe Driving Complaint’ page.
After entering your name and resident registration number for real-name authentication, click the Confirm button below.
Next, a notice to reserve the time to visit the departmental test appears. After checking the ‘I have checked the reservation notice’ below, click ‘Next’ to proceed with the reservation for the written driver’s license test.
Reservations are not available on the day of the test, so you must make a reservation at least one day in advance of the date you plan to take the test.
Driver’s license written test registration is also possible on site, but if people are crowded, you may have to wait until a vacant seat comes out or you may not be able to take the test, so it is recommended to make a reservation online in advance.

The driver’s license written test is conducted from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays.
Please note that the morning written test is from 9:00 to 11:10, and the afternoon written test is from 1:00 to 6:00.
